I have been using Google Docs’ “Publish to the web…” for quite a long time, but regarding the aesthetics, either I gave up with the uglyness, or I would go into complicated table hacks. That was before I got the idea of making https://gdoc.pub, a simple wrapper with an iframe. Life is easy now.
