CERFA form UX simplification
In partnership with the beta.gouv program, Pôle emploi built an innovating intrapreneurship incubator. The idea of Avril is to accompany user into the obtention of a diploma through the VAE, a French device that offers a diploma from a professionnal experience. This administrative process can be tedious and this project has always aimed at improving the candidate UX.
